Around this time of year, from when the first stirrings of spring appear, I get an increase in requests for coaching.
I used to expect this in January – when people are looking to start their year strong, may have made some resolutions etc.
Yet this makes sense. After the holidays we are often tired (and happy tired I hope). And then the year starts with a bang. We’ve got to wrap up the previous year AND dive straight into making this year happen – with some varying quantity of admin and reporting thrown in.
So this week I wanted to do something a little bit different with my blog and vlogging posts. I’m sitting in my garden, in a house that we’ve just sold. I’m going to be moving in a few weeks, and I just wanted to share an experience I’m having right now that I think many of you might be having at some point too, is that really mixed emotion, mixed feeling you’re having about what’s happening in your life.
You may have made some New Years resolutions, or set some intentions for the year. But you’re stuck and don’t know where to start. Are you procrastinating?
