Whether it’s causal or just a correlation, ever since I wrote this post, I’ve been experiencing a lot of discomfort.
Did I create it? Or was I just tapping into something in the air?
After last nights statements about countrywide new measures and restrictions, there is more discomfort for everyone.
Being able to respond to challenges with a positive mindset, rather than a negative, is more important than ever.
That’s what mental fitness is about. Not that there is no discomfort, but that you can respond to discomfort from a positive mindset ie what can I learn here? How is this a gift?
So here’s this message from June again – it’s two exercises that build mental fitness.
And none of us are Jedi masters, ain’t no Yoda here, not even baby yoda. We can all do with the practice.
