This is something we all ask ourselves now and then, isn’t it. Am I doing a good job?

I recently shared in my community about something I’m really happy about.

As well as coaching leaders, managers and all sorts of interesting professionals, I also coach students who are training to be coaches.

I love helping them grow, and giving them a powerful coaching experience that they can hold on to as they go into the self-employed journey (it has it’s downs for sure). An experience that can remind them why they love this profession.

For the training I did, working with your own coach is a requirement for their certification.

So when someone wants to continue working with me after the required period, I know it’s because they love it.

One of my colleagues said it so nicely

And I’ve just re-upped with my coach too. She’s helping me stay focused and motivated as I take myself and my business to the next level. It’s both a joy and a reassurance to know that I have someone in my corner, who believes in me, and will help me figure out whatever obstacles come my way. And will remind me to celebrate all the hurdles I overcome (I can skip passed them when I get stressed).

So how do you know you are doing a good job?

Does someone keep coming back to you for advice? To share an idea, get your input, talk it through with you?

Then they are telling you that you are doing a good job.

That’s it for this week, it’s too hot to overwork the story.

This post is part of my special Coaching Tips Series. This series was inspired by my clients and the core themes in their challenges. When we can apply these tips, we bring a lot of ease into our lives and step into our leadership. Want to talk it through with me? Call me and let’s make a Game Plan together.
