Embrace Equity

In honour of International Women’s Day, we’re going to celebrate a pretty wonderful woman: me.

While my inner critics are having a fit in the back of my head at this, shouting “you can’t say that!”, I am quietly ignoring it and telling you that I’m quite a wonderful coach.

I’ve been through hundreds of tough lessons in work and my personal life. Some have brought me to tears. Some have made me feel superhuman and like a complete badass.

Some of the lessons I’m still trying to figure out.

All the lessons have made me a better coach.

Connecting with empathy.

Dreaming big.

Making it practical.

Enjoying the journey along the way.

Not because I have all the answers. But because I know that the answers that I actually implemented came from within me.

Let’s all be honest here, we might ask for advice, but when do we ever do what someone tells us to? Hmm? Exactly, never. Not even the doctor who’s trying to save our lives. We need to decide for ourselves. People are stubborn that way.

And that’s what I’ve been trained to do: help you get the right answers for you, out of you.

I love my profession so much, I’m constantly learning, self reflecting, and getting better.

Raise your glass to the professional coach I have become, and say a thank you for all the mistakes my former self made, so that I could learn so much.

So now onto about Embrace Equity.

Equitable access to good coaching has always been a cornerstone of mine.

So in my honour, I’m offering up a free coaching session to anyone who wants it. This is not restricted to women. This offer is available to all.

What does that mean?

You get to book a coaching session with me on either of these days and experience coaching. No charge. No obligation.

Itโ€™s just a moment for us to sit down and talk together, and for you to get a chance to work on your inner critics, or develop your vision.

What do I get out of it?

I love coaching. And I get to meet some more wonderful people doing the good work to make the world a little bit better.

What do you get out of it?

You get to experience coaching, finally know what it is, and if you are open to it, youโ€™ll get new insights and new answers to those questions youโ€™ve got.

Are you curious?  Follow this link and book an online session.

This is part of myย Thought Piece Series,ย where I explore topics related to leadership and provide both answers and questions. My intention is to start meaningful conversations that help us move forward.ย Want to connect?ย Click here
