1. ACCESSIBLE 

You don’t need to know leadership jargon, remember the acronyms etc to be able get this model. The tag line on the book is 9 minutes to learn, and I agree

2. PLAYFUL

I’ve always incorporated humour into almost everything I do. What I mean is, that even in really dark situations I’ll find something to create a joke out of. The laughter releases the tension, and it incorporates the learning. 

It comes from a deep belief that hard work doesn’t need to feel hard. And if we can add lightness to the heavy, we can go bigger and further. 

 And the game format sets that context – helps you to be agile, not lumbering. 

 3. REAL

You know those drawings that show what the path to success really looks like? With twists and turns, holes we fall in, obstacles in our path?

 That’s reality. And the bigger game board accounts for that – not just in a “manage the problems” way. But in a real – face and accept the reality, and use everything to help you in your Bigger Game.
